This is rather
intrigue and secret, but the God of Ekiti pple has
let the cat out of the bag. It has just been revealed
the real reason why Fayose resist the transfer of CP
Taiwo Lakanu out of Ekiti State. Just about two
weeks ago, the Force PPRO announced the
redeployment of some CPs. One of the affected is
the Ekiti CP who was said to have been transferred
to Ogun State. But just some minutes after the
announcement, Oga Lakanu called Fayose and told
him the development. He told him the danger of
his his transfer if allowed to work, some of the
atrocities of Oga Fayose may be let out of the bag.
He told Fayose to immediately intervain and do
everything within his power to stop the posting to
Ogun State. My source revealed that Lakanu and
Fayose are strong ally in evil machinations. Lakanu
is in Ekiti to make money through political misting
and Fayose is a criminal looking for Police cover to
continue to perpetrate his looting and thuggery
against any foresee opposition. The two can as well
be refer to as partners in crime and criminality.
Fayose immediately called the IG and told him why
Lakanu would not resume in Ogun. This according
to my source, met with very stiff opposition from
the IG. It was gathered that Fayose immediately
contacted Mr. President through his Chief of Staff,
Mr. Arogbofa. Arogbofa it was learned explained
the development to Mr. President and
consequently, the Presidency ordered the Ig to
withdraw Lakanu's redeployment letter. After 7
days, a new CP in person of Valentine U.
Ntomchukwu, whose last posting was Bayelsa
State, was later redeployed to Ogun state. Many of
the officers whose postings were also announced
on 4 February by the Police Service Commission
retained their positions, except CP Taiwo Lakanu
who used Fayose's connection to stay back in Ekiti
State. It will be recalled that Fayose and CP Lakanu
have been perpetrating a lot of evils against the
opposition since he was transferred to Ekiti last
year. Fayose has promised Jonathan at a recent
meeting in Abuja that with Lakanu as Ekiti CP, the
rest is story in the coming elections in Ekiti. Lakanu
also was said to have sent a special thank you
letter to the IG for retaining him in Ekiti State. He
promised the IG to always do the needful to make
sure that Ekiti remains a PDP state
