It's a long time simple theory used by desperates interested parties to create fear and uncertainty in a country, by instigating terroristic activities prior to an elections in a bid to cause social unrest in the country.

It's has worked effectively in some countries around the world, but one thing America fails to understand is that Nigeria is totally different from those countries; because our electorates are not that enlightened to vote along these lines.

Conjecture

Then it is an indictment on Jonathan.

Buhari has nothing to do with the insurgency.

GEJ-led government just hate to hear the truth..anyone who criticizes their government automatically becomes an Enemy.
When OBJ did so..he was called a Tout..days later when he attended GEJ daughter's wedding which insinuated support for GEJ.. he was referred to as the' Father of the nation who means well for all Nigerians' hypocriticism..!!

I will say that Nigeria dnt practise democracy but have invented its own democracy.. Any1 who criticizes you bkums a paid agent,an enemy etc.

May God help us all.

It goes both ways. Otherwise, why are APC supporters calling barcanista 'a mole' 'paid agent' etc just because he choose not to support blindly. Nigeria would be so much better if people could think objectively and not be swayed by emotions, tribal, ethnic and religious sentiments

GEJ is never responsible for anything.... i wonder who the president is.

Anti GEJ thread here? Y'all trying hard to make him look bad.

GEJ didn't postpone elections,it was the commission that runs elections that did it.

We don't even need the New York Times or any foreign media to tell us this obvious truth...

The more reason they are mortally afraid of a GMB Presidency.....the source of their bottomless campaign funds will be probed in appropriate and due time after May 29.

By dragging out the race, Jonathan stands to deplete his rival’s campaign coffers while he continues to use state funds and institutions to bankroll his own.”

The entire world now privy to how GEJ uses Nigeria's wealth and institutions to further his own private agenda. Shameful. A total disgrace to Nigeria. Jonathan's situation has become untenable and I don't see how he can escape humiliation at the polls if elections are free and fair.

Simple question you can't answer - ' in what capacity will Tinubu tackle corruption in Nigeria considering the fact that he was not constitutionally empowered to do so.

Instead of answering the question, you are just sounding like a dog whose brain needs to be scanned, formatted and laminated.

An intelligent somebody argue with points and logic, not like you e-paid agent who lacks deep mental horizon like your zoologist.

Is it not a blow on the face of your master if Tinubu is walking freely as a corrupt politician? EFCC and ICPC are there, your clueless President did not give them necessary support; they are just existing like a toothless dog.

When will you wake up from your slumber dude tongue tongue tongue

America mischievously interprete situations in Nigeria always wrong. Inec was not prepared for the voting, many millions would have been disenfranchised.

Some people are damn funny, just look at how some people are jumping up in jubilation over an editorial by a newspaper based in New York about Nigeria. I don't think that a newspaper domiciled thousands of miles away knows the intricacies & complexities of my country more than Me/Us living here in Nigeria. This editorial is already dead on arrival for the following reasons. It was re-edited by Punch, a newspaper that is famous for its biasness, primordial sectionalism & abashed support for the APC. Secondly, the editorial said that GEJ failed to diversify the economy, now this is pure & undiluted fallacy because every neutral Emeka, Muhammed & Tunde knows that GEJ has performed creditably well in the agricultural sector of the economy which led to a significant decrease in our food import bill & increased exports. Both the laymen & economists alike knows this & attributed it the reason why prices has remained constant despite the devaluation of the Naira. Again the paper blamed the election shift on a phantom fear by the ruling party when it is obvious to all & sundry that Inec wasn't ready for the election. Whether they like it or not, GEJ is going to win again because we believe he has performed better than his predecessors & is also a better candidate than Buhari.

I will vote Buhari and I am willing to live with the fact that Nigeria will be less by one person, that is Datguru who will not be united with Nigeria under Buhari. He can choose to set up his own nation somewhereelse!

The US wants to control us and manipulate things. No way. Election postponement was game up for them. No man can curse whom the Lord has blessed, no matter the world forces involved. What God has written He has written.

You can see why the world power support a party during war.

It is a commonplace in the world now that Nigerian government is refusing to hand-over power. When war breaks out, they know who they will support.

Jonathan is digging his own grave.

Attention all! Whether PDP or APC, stop the noise and listen. What makes you think New York Times is interested in the good of Nigeria? They have no more than a passing interest in our progress, nothing they write is geared toward making ours a great country.
They'd rather be doing appeals to feed us, clothe us and send Aid workers to Nigeria. ( that's they'd rather we were butchering one another).

The EU and US council of Foreign Relations applauded the postponement for the benefit of Voters not to get disenfranchised while The New York Times who got their news from APC propaganda media posted this trash

APC hired a US media firm (the same firm that managed Obama's elections). They provide easy access to news media like CNN, New York times, e.t.c. Be wary of any anti-Jonathan news coming off any western news media especially pro-Obama news media.

Abeg make GEJ and all PDP followers just accept the fate that Ebele Jonathan is a failure. Hope una see GEJ campaign poster when them use, men GEJ is completely finished.

As quoted by APC supporter.. Lol

Wow! NY Times is now APC newspaper also since the jonathanian concluded that BBC,CNN and aljezeera are woking for Apc. The funniest part is that they said Christiane Amanpour is buhari's girlfriend.
The truth is there for all to see,but gej supporters are blind. If they can't believe our local newspapers how will they believe the foreign ones?

My Kenyan colleagues do tell me what democracy is like in their country. They are like Nigeria in everyway except that infrastructure still works in their country. However, Kenyan Parliament members earn the second largest allowances in Africa. Of course, you can guess the country that holds the first position...hehehe
Kenya depends entirely agriculture, ict and the service sector to grow and fund its economy, so it's simple really, if the mps want more money they have to make sure they create and enabling environment for the economy to grow in order to justify there astronomical salaries..
