Any project in the power sector is Obj's achievement. If am not mis taken, this project was awarded in 2003 or 04. Dont even say it was abandoned because that will be ignorance. When awarded, power project takes years to even show up in site and by the time work starts on site the contract sum is spent up to atleast 70%. Engineering or design takes 10%, procurement 60-70% and lastly construction 20-30. GEJ inherited that project at construction stage meaning the project was at atleast 80%.

I wont close without saying that GEJ has not awarded one single project in the power sector neither has he done anithing to improve it.

One thing am sure of is that, this project may not been fully completed but just for the government to show off by commisioning. You will be surprised if it shuts down just after they turn their backs or less than a day and will never have a positive input into the grid because of either lack of gas or transmission line to evacuate the power generated.

We know how they do it.
