proper planning help to reduce wastage. when I did mine,I didn't include clearing of bush & cutting of trees, yet I still pay for it + all other tinz. I know how much I mapped out monthly for it. Yeah I know he must plan but believe me he'll stil see tinz dat ain't there. So na step by step matter. I understand your point of view though. |

All I need is estimate quotation of how much it will cost, not to expensive, just building for tenants Thanks in advance You like this kind plan ? Dimensions can be adjusted to suit your plot. You won't know what a man studied until he decides to tell you. You don't need a quantity surveyor before costing a building.. I started going to site as a carpenter and a site supervisor for my building technologist father. Naturally, I developed very good understanding of both metric and empirical measurement, estimation of materials, and interpretation of building plans. I got admitted to the university after four years of extensive site work. working with very experienced artisans like iron benders, masons, carpenters etc. I also learn a great deal from professionals like architects andd building technologies etc. I did study civil enginering because of my mathematical strength. I graduated with a first class degree from FUT minna and I love building and structures as well qq 10 Likes 1 Share |

thanks a million to oga Abdul and others offering a helping hand in the house. pls how much will it cost to do the foundation of a house measuring 46feet by 33feet. also what will be the recommended size for the soakaway pit. i don't have a floor plan yet but the land is 50 by 50 on strong ground in anambra. the house will be four bedrooms with two toilets not en suite. no dining, no store, the height of the foundation is between 6inches to 9inches. no fancy finishing, just plain concrete floor to be used with carpet. the roofing will be alu zinc or good old zinc, windows will be tinted louvers blade not aluminum. wall to ceiling height will be 9ft. no veranda but attached shade with roof and no walls. pls how much will do the foundation and how much will build the entire structure if i can raise all the money at once, would it be cheaper? |
