Before you say anything; we all know why the Otuoke man had attracted so many appropriately fitting descriptive names all to himself: Clueless, Jonathan, Odechwukwu, PhD without Intelligence, Coconut Head etc.

Jonathan keeps ticking all the right boxes for his re-election.
