So many factors can cause delay. Its easier to process these things in batches, its also cheaper rather than processing individually. You may be waiting for others to be processed to your stage and then you take the medicals together. I don't think you should be worried at this stage. Calm down, you're there already.

The call could come in less than 2 weeks as well. Of what use is telling him 2 weeks and he ends up waiting 2 months. You know he'll feel worse. The bottom line is one will be called no matter how long it takes. I took my first interview August 2012 and got my employment letter February 2013. you can see the time it took. Sometimes I waited over 2 months to take the next stage of the process. It was worth it at the end though.
