And who will remove the touts from rivers state? some of you forget so easily, when this same man was obiokpor LGA chairman, that LGA became the most notorious in Nigeria.
Most people who use the slang "Akpor" hardly know that it was coined from the notoriety of Obioakpor, when Nyesom was at the helm of affairs.
Can you build a house in rivers state under nyesom wike? can any infrastructural development occur without their ignoble "matching ground" that must be paid.
