Actually you have a good case even though seun would not admit it. As long as you did not mention his surname, then strictly speaking the moderator or seun himself had no right to ban you. What if your fiance in real life is actually named 'Seun'. Seun is a general and very popular name among the yorubas and the fact that the owner of nairaland bears the same name should not hamper people from using it. There are ladies who are also called seun. let's assume my girlfriend is called seun, and I post it on a thread that 'seun is my lover'. Would it be right for a mod to ban me for contravening rule 8? The pertinent question is, is every seun on nairaland equal to seun osewa? I'd submit that the answer is an unequivocal NO and consequently that the ban on your account is vexatious, unfair, irksome, arbitrary, high handed and unnecessarily punitive.  We are demanding fifty(50) million naira general and exemplary Damages. But with the way you have going about this site lately, you deserve a one month ban sef.  5 Likes |
