I have seen reports that a contract for the repair of the Orie-Emene,adoration road has been awarded.However,I am surprised that you have not made mentioned of it on this forum.Is it that the repair will not benefit our proposed estate?Or are you waiting for work to commence.I am only asking because it was one of the the things you mentioned at the initial stage of this project

I mentioned it and attached a link some pages back, and work has commenced from Orie Emene as Bulldozer and pay loaders work all the way to Adoration grounds. It however does not continue to Rehab road or to Caritas university permanent site. I will get the pictures later.

It was nice speaking to you today, I was driving out through Orie Emene after inspecting this new piece of land when you called. I will try and meet you on Monday morning before going anywhere else. We might go and see this land on Monday morning while our other members decide when to call me so we can go see this land. Merry Christmas.

Do you know that these buildings were constructed by non natives who are moving in from Enugu town and settling here? And this is just 200 meters away from our land? I have been going in through the farm road all these while.

And when I found out some other investors have bought a nearby land and bulldozing into their land from this new entrance, I was even more surprised! The bulldozing happened this very week.

More works by the bulldozer, and a road has just been created. This new road ended a mere 100 meters away from the land we bought, and I have assurances from my present seller, that he will give me an entrance road so I can continue to bulldoze from where these people stopped to drive into our land.

This is our land, as I entered from the alternative road.........

The beacons we planted last 4 months, still intact. This should be around plot number 52, corner piece.

Please I need your help urgently. Am handling a project in Anambra state, my P.O.P guy just disappointed me and I need to replace him. I don't want to call anyhow pop guy because most doesn't know how to fix it and sometimes fall. I need a guy that is versatile in designs, affordable and can offer a strong and durable pop without falling off. Please it's so urgent, compliment of the season. Note: it's a fresh job.

I didn't know that end led to anywhere. (Its like trying to see what is happening at the other side of 58 plots of land overgrown by weed) You will see it when we visit the land.
