sorry oooo, for me- its GEJ come what may.

I believe the card readers worked well.

The problems are from human factors.

Some polling agents were bribed to compromise the card readers to make rigging easier. Jega's effort is only as good as the integrity of his foot soldiers. With the peanut that they will be paid, polling agents will not mind immersing the card reader in water if given N2million and the politicians know it.

This is Nigeria election we are talking about here.
