The Transforma­tion Ambassadors of Nigeria (TAN), has congratulated President-elect, Gen Mo­hammadu Buhari (Rtd) on emerging victorious in last weekend’s presi­dential election, admit­ting that emergence of the All Progressive Con­gress (APC) president-elect was an act of God.

While hinging his vic­tory on his resilience and doggedness, during a press conference in Abuja, the National Coordinator of the campaign organisation cum Non-Governmental Organ­isation, Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah, appealed to all Nigerians to accept the outcome of the election as the will of God for Nigerians and lovers of democracy.

According to him: “The much debated presidential election of 2015 has come and gone. Many people pre­dicted violence. Other peo­ple and institutions posted that it will mark the begin­ning of the end of the entity called, Nigeria. To the glory of God, the election has come and gone without the expectations of doomsday soothsayers coming to pass.

“We of the Transforma­tion Ambassadors of Nige­ria (TAN) express our grati­tude to God and Nigerians. We appeal to all Nigerians to accept the outcome of the presidential election as the will of God, Nigerians and lovers of democracy. The 2015 presidential election has proven that democracy has come to stay in Nigeria.

“We wish to congratulate the President-elect, Gen. Mohammadu Buhari (Rtd.) on his consistency, persis­tence, doggedness and resil­ience since 2003 in his quest for the presidency of Nige­ria. This shows that persis­tence on a mission yields success in the end. His cour­age will make a good case Study in the Universities all over the world,” Ubah noted.

He equally commended President Goodluck Jona­than for laying the most sol­id foundation for the growth of democracy in Nigeria and Africa with his states-manly act of conceding defeat.

Ifeanyi Uba, one of the Igbo political hustlers whose their hustling in GEJ project turned to a bad business. Selfish men like Ifeanyi uba, Peter Obi, Arthur Eze, even the so called 'Ohaneze Ndigbo', etc, are the reason why Igbos have no direction in Nigerian contemporary politics.

At the promise of contracts, appointment, and distribution of bag of money, u will see them truncating their social political interest for Selfish interest, unlike northerners who are always ready to protect their collective interest, even when working with an opponent most time. The love of money will always be a problem to Igbos in Nigeria. Good move. TAN really worked for Mr. President. Politics is a game. It all about interest. Its not guaranteed that one must win. I think in future election, I would love them to adopt the method they used. if not for that method, no one would know much or hear much about president Goodluck. So you that is castigating TAN, tell us what they did that was wrong, not just a blank comment.
