Bollinger: thats the problem we Africans are having with international media. I remember the case of a man that invented goggle technology to detect cancer cells. With the goggle you would be able to see cells infected with cancer. The name of the man is Samuel Achilefu. Believe me my brother, US took the credit. Nigeria was not mentioned at all. I hope our media in Africa will wake up to these things. 1 Like |

BizBayo: Exactly the point. Why would America not take credit. What environment did Nigerian create to nuture the young man. If i adopt a kid from Togo today and he becomes a successful billionaire tomorrow, do you think i will allow Togo to claim him, or do you think he will remember Togo? 2 Likes |

twoondei: I wish I can flog u for this comment. It shows that you don't know what's obtainable in the US. The highest paid profession in America is in the health field. Doctors are the highest paid in America. They earn more than even Petroleum Engineers in Chevron or Mobil. Don't study anything because of the name, look at the passion u have for it and the earning potential after study. 2 Likes |

Lamexx:The high salaries of doctors, here in the US, is part of the reason why healthcare in the US is the most expensive in the developed world. A US specialist or surgeon could earn up to $300,000 annually, while the highest paid doctors in France earn around $90,000/yr. |
