Erm... I'm a doctor and done that. I should know what obtains already. Used to dream of being a neurosurgeon myself but the realities are cold after med school. I could go on and on...

I wish I can flog u for this comment. It shows that you don't know what's obtainable in the US. The highest paid profession in America is in the health field. Doctors are the highest paid in America. They earn more than even Petroleum Engineers in Chevron or Mobil. Don't study anything because of the name, look at the passion u have for it and the earning potential after study.
