He is among the bad people GEJ surrounded himself with, most of them are on the run. Peter will be caught and his loot returned to Anambra, the ship he ran to is sinking and the rescuers boat is the soon to be revived anti-graft agency. The choice is his; return the loot or get drowned

And what does this have to do with the price of oil?
