There were more than 100k voided votes in Kano and the 2.1M people that voted only represented less than 50% of the numbers that collected PVCs. Please compare that to Rivers and Akwa-ibom where 70% of the people who collected PVCs voted (an implausibility).

The likes of Borno, Adamawa and Gombe didn't have as many voters as Rivers and Akwa-ibom even though there was wide spread violence and box snatching in the latter 2 states. Yet you want to delude yourself that ojoro cancel ojoro.

This is the part I still can't comprehend. I made the same observation yesterday. Why do politicians still rig even when it is obvious that they would win. The bloodletting in Rivers and Akwa Ibom were utterly needless. PDP already had the elections in the bag there, all they needed to do was to use their power of incumbency to ensure that the security agencies kept the peace across the state. So that their supporters could vote peacefully.
