I am tempted to ask, what does she fantasize about when she is alone. I believe if she practices whatever fantasy she is always having, then she would obtain even more sexual arousal. I hope it's healthy though. That being said, there are other ways to increase general_libido. First of all, she has to have a positive mental attitude towards sex. She also has to make sure her stress level is low. Prolonged stress can lead to decrease in interest for sex. If she works long hours or stressful jobs, a decrease in _libido is imminent. so she should make sure she is less stressed when she wants to engage in _sex , She should talk to her partner about it so she knows the right time to have "fun" Practicing pre-intimacy with her partner such as touching, caressing, kissing etc, is also adviced. There are supplements and natural foods that can help increase libido such as bananas, avocado, oysters, garlics, vitamin A, vitamin c (friuts and vegetables) and vitamin b6. |
