9 Years is quite a long time, and its almost gonna seem like you wasted a very large part of your life with one person.... Normally, People of different characteristics are always suitable partners, but in this case, its completely different...

What I can infer from your Post is this lady is irresponsible, and is not wife material for any man, let alone a cool headed man like you. It would be suicidal if you marry her... If you can't change her or get used to her in 9 years, you guys could have a bitter marriage that could end in divorce.
