Let me tell you how competent government works:
Different MDAs are created (Ministries, Departments and Agencies)
Get a competent individuals to head each MDAs
As the President, set the tone from the top and lead by example
Then, simultaneously each MDA carries on effectively with their duties
e.g
EFCC will get busy with all the investigations
Min of works commences operations
etc
In summary
Government works are not mutually exclusive. therefore Buhari will not waste his precious 4 years taking revenge and keeping aside his promises. He will do every thing simultaneously
