Do not agree with this. What is required is to increase the capacity of the judiciary overall to provide justice promptly for ALL not just government.
That means more resources for the judiciary. Anything like this is interfering in one arm of government by another. The legislature won't accept this kind of interference so why should the . The other thing is if such courts are created does this imply the creation of "specialist" judges who will try only corruption cases. That is a constitutional issue. Will that not expose them to corruption creating so called "Juicy" judicial appointments?. I do not agree with this. Let us employ and train more judges and give them the resource so they are not overworked.If you divert existing resources that will have some kind of opportunity coat and even less justice for the common man.

The courts will not be necessarily probing only PDP members. It will be meant for any Nigerian who has been reported for corruption.

Trust Nigerians to complain and condemn it once they see that it's for only a particular group and not for all.

I do not agree with creating these courts but I do not think it was said anywhere that he would bring courts into existence arbitrarily.That is not being suggested.Did you read the article?
