Honestly Nigerians are too Greedy, you can Imagine how a few men have held our country to a Standstill just to Blackmail the Government into Paying them a Huge sum.Who are we Deceiving,is it not ourselves?
lf there was no fuel subsidy those few men will not be therr to hold nigeria hostage but GEJ was brutalized for trying to remove it

I thought he said that when they remove fuel subsidy, the money would be used to construct new and repair old refineries. What happened to that Alice-in-wonderland idea? No one is protesting, even when the masses are the ones at the receiving end.

Simply put, nothing works in Nigeria.

Most happenings in Nigeria seems to defeat simple rules of logic. More like the more you see the less you understand.

I can now understand how those foreign experts that came to help rescue the chibok girls silently walked away after all the initial paparazzi of using updated technology.

Hmmmm, If only fuel subsidy was removed. It would have been difficult but probably worth it. From the content of the write-up it is obvious that if refined in Nigeria, PMP would probably sell for about 100 if not less, which is still not too bad

When we said fuel subsidy should be completely removed you guys occupied Nigeria protesting like maniacs. Now the fuel subsidy is still being paid with no effective result especially in the sophiscated region that made the most noise

You don't get it, the whole thing is a scam. You can't remove what wasn't there initially.

Okay, there was partial removal of subsidy and the saved funds were to be used for Sure-P projects. How many of those were executed?

Don't let the bitterness and pain of electoral defeat blind you to the basic facts. Afterall, you aren't immune to the madness of the present government.

You can never satisfy Nigerians. When Jonathan, Minister of Petroleum and minister of Finance wanted to remove fuel subsidy, most people including APC attacked them and called them all sorts of names. Now you guys are seeing the after effect of non-removal of subsidy and you are still complaining and calling them names.

What do Nigerians really want!!!
Can u pls trace the causes that led to this current situation?

But even if they had stopped the so-called subsidy, the money that would have been saved wuold have disappeared. So nothing gained as far as the masses are concerned. Gej and his gang are the worst thing to happen to nigeria.

which fuel subsidy? l don't even know what subsidy mean, for ur information d landing cost can never be 132naira, is even less than 80naira, this is d reason US and UK are annoyed with this clueless gej, he just allowed criminals to feast on our commonwealth. Gej is a curse to nigeria

So what has been the story of the partial reduction?
What is d fate of the funds being managed un sure p today?
Did GEJ not tell u dat if u keep yam with a goat, the fate of the yam is more or less known?
Was GEJ regime d genesis of subsidy in d history of Nigeria?
Why was his case different?
Yam and goat.
We left d yam with a goat and that is d problem, not partial or full removal of subsidy.
Let's deal with dat, and Das why GEJ was served.

I beg to disagree with you sir, no sane govt will let her people suffer like this, you just can't wake up and say you would remove subsidy when there wasn't any alternative or better still a master plan, now imagine the subsidy were removed since 2012 till now we have no functioning refinery, fg promised then to make the ones on ground functional yet till 2015 nothing is working, now be honest and ask yourself if so fuel would have been selling foe 140/lit since 2012 till now?? let's face facts the govt wasn't sincere about the subsidy or making the refineries work, if they did they would have declear an emergency on that sector.....note this as long as the govt let those few people enjoy monopoly of importing refined products nothing is gonna work, why not withdraw the license of these people that you feel are the cabals or are they stronger than the FG?? when you want to support a policy you do so taking into terms if the govt really have you at heart.... there are many ways to handle this subsidy issue if we had a responsible govt
