@ OP, that's not INEC office na! That's RSIEC (the state electoral body) office, opposite Bori camp. They conducted the LG polls last week- an election that Amaechi quickly 'cooked' up and PDP boycotted.

I think it's either some people do not read to understand or they can not read at all. The story is about Rivers state electoral commission and not INEC. What has Wike got to do with this? The people protesting are people who conducted the last L.G.A election in Rivers state which PDP did not even participate in. So,how on earth did they rig elections for Wike? You should be blaming Amaechi and his RISIEC for not paying.
