There was thunderous applause and jubilation when the Gov of Akwa Ibom state , Udom Gabriel Emmanuel named the Newly built Ibom international stadium after the out gone Governor Godswill Akpabio. The Governor stated that the state house of Assembly has unanimously decided to name the new stadium after the performing governor as a parting gift.

It's really a great thing that they named the man's failure and foolishness after him.


1. The clown spent billions upon billions of taxpayers on a football field with no swimming pool, no volleyball, no boxing ring, no tennis court, nothing but just a football field with fancy scaffolding....


2. Almost 1 year after commissioning, the waste and white elephant is yet to host a single game or event, it's redundant, obsolete and just sitting their with zero financial or any kind of benefit to the people of Akpa ibom...

Naming state edifice after Akpabio isn't a mark of sainthood. He built it so it's honor well deserved! After all we have roads after Atiku Abubakar, Abacha, Obasanjo, etc it never stopped us from calling them THIEVES!
