The inauguaration at eagle square was handled by jonathan and his team not buhari. Though using innoson motors would have been a gud idea

I swear with all my strength, partisan politics aside, I felt terribly sad seeing mercedes cars all over the place. I lost my pride as an arrogant NIGERIAN. Imagine the signal it would have sent to the wider world if President Buhari rode in a 'made in Nigeria auto', even if na keke tricycle.

WE NEED TO MAKE THE WIDER WORLD SEE US AS SERIOUS BEINGS.

rubbish talk.

All money spent on the inauguration was spent and approved by the GEJ administration. Leave Buhari out of this.

If you check now, the OP's friend probably drives a Toyota grin

Etiquette. This is about etiquette. About 60% of Heads of Government world-over are driven in Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Too many times what you drive is a major determinant of what gets driven in your direction.

Reread it, you may grasp the meaning.

You look good, though.

Do you know what it takes to manufacture a car?
Most of those cars are assembled in those countries that we Import from. To manufacture a car, you need a cluster of independent manufacturers for most components.
So if Innosson is doing what the Chinese are doing, getting customised components to build to your spec, you should respect that.

In cars and phones, no one even manufacture every, they depend on component manufacturers and just assembled the product. Do you know that the chipset used in iPad by Apple is manufactured by Samsung?

Do you also know that Innosson vehicle uses Mitsubishi engines but the seats and brake pedal are manufactured here in Nigeria

Our Politicians simply do not see made in Nigeria products as good enough, no wonder some of them even wonder out to marry foreign wives.this is a classic example, this can't happen in India.
