Exactimo brethren.

Some of us are more than capable of providing the formidable opposition any occasion demands, if the APC defaults to the low-road which has characterised governance these past 16 years, than the ethnocentric and new-age secessionists currently running amok. angry
In fact, I will personally start a group of patriotic Nairalanders against bad governance of PMB here and call people of like minds such as your humble self, Omenka, Dearpreye and some others to sustain the criticism. Not this blind one.

Aisha's wrist watch can't be dismissed as none issue since Buhari played "poverty card" throughout his campaign.

If asset declaration is none issue, why did Buhari use it as selling point during his campaign?

Aisha's wrist watch is 1bn: in fact, asset's declaration must be done before resuming the Presidency without undergoing any process: what next?

It is high time Lia Mohammed organized tutorials for you guys, honestly.

DropShot:
I have always suspected you as a hater and you're proving it.

1. Public Asset Declaration Criticism: To declare his assets and to encourage his political appointees to do same was contained in his pladge of what to do within 100 days in office. Has he first declared as required by law with CCB? Yes. Has 100 days passed without declaring publicly as he promised? No.

2. Timpre Sylva Case Withdrawal Criticism: From my understanding of this case, it is persecution by GEJ. If not, why couldn't he bring Sylva to justice since 2012 that he has left office? Why were the rest officials charged with Sylva left off the hook? That aside, what DPP did was to retain the case/prosecution that has progressed better and withdraw the one lagging. So, you are being economical with the truth to say that the president has withdrawn the case since Sylva still has the same case with EFCC.

3. Mrs Aisha Buhari Watch Criticism: Mrs Buhari was a private person as at the time she wore the said watch. As such, it shouldn't bother sane and sensible people how much she bought it even if her husband was poorer than we think/know. How are we sure of the price of hers when there are replica for less than 300 dollars? Could the watch not have been a gift?

4. Non Visitiation of Maiduguri Blast and Onitsha Tragedy Scenes Criticism: Another cheap shot here. The president cannot visit every tragedy sites. He promptly condemned both incidences and that should be enough for those who are sincerely patriotic.

5. The Flawed 100Days and 30Days Timeline: You don't have to give 100 days to start criticizing the government but criticize issues, policies and steps. Not none issues as you haters are fond of.
Trash, you didn't counter anything rather you were scrathing the surface

There is little content in Buhari's scorecard hence no need to put him in a front burner before he is yet to settle down.

Let's give him space to compose his cabinet and chose his advisers.

All the items you listed do not affect the lives of everyday citizens on the streets hence let him be until a time he rolls out his policies and let's see how he go about implementing them. If it favours the masses, we applaud him, if not we raise our voices to correct him then if he ignores our legitimate concerns then we start the criticism.

I pray Buhari succeeds for the good of everyday citizens on the streets, helpless women and children who suffer the effects of poor governance in Nigeria.

Sensible comment!

Here is what I said earlier.
PassingShot:

Like I said, no timeline is required.

We can debate deficiencies as they occur but not none-issues as Aisha's wrist watch, assets declaration that he clearly promised to do within first 100 days in office and similar nonsense.

If PMB reveals his cabinet tomorrow for example and I see 40 ministers instead of around 20-25 in line with lean government he promised, I will create a thread to condemn it and even post same on Twitter and Facebook.

@ barcanista, *I will not support a man who never saw anything good in Gej* mogidi

I don't care about the criticism becuse these APC thieves here never saw anything good in GEJ, as an opposition, I ll continue to speak out against Buahari failures and his govt shortcomings.

Some people said its still earl and Rome wasn't built in a day but I do tell them that the early pronoucement and faux pas he has made demands for me to speak out early.

I know that Rome wasn't built in a day but everyday the builders tend to add a brick to the builldings. Buhari should tell me which brick he added since inauguration

Yaradua declared his asset a month after inauguration, so what is the bigi? Why can't you tell us what your Otuoke Master achieved within 3 days in his office so that comparism could be easily made?

If you PDP guys thought you lost the election due to none-issue campaign by APC, you have not learnt a lesson then. the earlier you realized that Nigerians voted GEJ out because of core issues such as power, corruption, insurgency, etc, the better for you and your lots.

Why is it so difficult for the President to make his asset declaration public considering he rode on his integrity to win the election?
Its time to shine for Buhari, I mean he spent his lifetime wearing this incorruptible toga.

Mogidi you asked a very thought provoking question. It takes an hypocrite to term the non-declaration of assets as "non issue". Those that are saying give him time hypocritically forget that Buhari has closed that Chapter. Its almost one week of assuming office and no one can point any significant progress other than useless and corrupt move by Buhari.

You guys are just sounding like an empty barrel with no content: there is nothing bad in criticism, but it may be premature sometimes to wrong things which constitution did not prohibit.

Is declaration of asset has no process? Has verification be done by appropriate agency? Did Yaradua/GEJ declare their assets in less than one week in the office? What is the provision of the constitution regarding this?

These are the questions you need to ask yourself before continue barking like a toothless dog, honestly.
