I think they should back this up with passing "Dressing to wake konji offences bill" and then endorse 150 strokes for ladies found guilty of this offence.(For peculiar rape cases like the ediot below) ..

Quoters, pls don't misinterprete this to mean there are reasons that justify rape. Only trying to say if there is something that can be done about ladies wearing very revealing clothes in public places, it will be welcomed.

After spending 4 years in the senate,the best they can come up with is a bill on rape? Some times I wonder the IQ level of these senators......billions have been spent on their salaries and allowances and this is the only thing they can think of?? Child marriage,gay and lesbian,rape and HIV related offences....gosh....PIB has been on the table for donkey years....the police needs reforms.....laws have to be made on solid mineral exploration,land use act still needs some touch.......wonder why God brought me into these God forsaken black race........
