As much as I think that rape, child rape, gang rape are despicable crimes that should be severely purnished. I however think that life imprisonment is taking it too far. As for deliberately infecting someone with HIV,unless the person infected infected is a spouse,there should be no case to answer. If anyone who willfully engages in sexual activity without protection has inadvertently decided to take their chance at catching an infection.
