@ babadem2much, As advised repeatedly, it is best you see a dermatologist. From the look of the single pic, doesn't seem to be ring worm infestation. Apparently from your pic, there Seems to be thickening, darkening, drying and flaking off of the affected area if skin. You may carry out a little research yourself to know about certain skin conditions - notably lichen sclerosus as your case seems so. But make sure you go see a dermatologist as certain tests may be necessary. 1 Like |

Maybe you should try a dermatologist to be sure its not skin cancer;local agbo too could be helpful. The picture above does not look anything like ringworm. |

@ Op This could be lichen planus...it is an allergic condition that tend to be more severe during wet season in the tropic and less irritative during dry season. if this is ur experience then 1. don't stay in air conditioned room too much 2. don't cover that part too much...allow air on the affected area. 3 avoid staying in damped wall room 4. bathe often with hot water 5. get vinegar water and use it to clean up the affected area and sun dry the area( it will reduce the itching) 5. use shear butter to cream up the place if u are to wear clothing s that will touch the place. OBVIOUSLY it seem u are reacting to certain drugs Avoid use of nizora except it is prescribed by a dermatologist. Garlic & lemon will help u a great deal. 2 Likes |

OK, so this has been on for 2years or so, I have to ask. 1. Have you ever visited a hospital? 2. what kind of hospital? 3. what did they say? 4. who even diagnosed ringworm infection? 5. has any malignancy ever been ruled out? answers to those questions and a few others that might follow will help us know where you have been, where you are and where we can go from here. online prescription isn't usually encouraged over visiting a doctor. so I would advice this patient to go see a doctor instead of seeking for online help(except of course you need help with the possible hospitals you can visit). This is just one picture, ambiguous in a way. Not much clinical inferences can be made from this picture. So, please go to a hospital. The General Outpatient Department of a teaching hospital or a general hospital is usually the first port of call. From there, you shall be referred to the appropriate unit for specialist management. please waste no time. btw... Get well soon. 2 Likes |

Considering the appearance and location it's likely a melanoma though could also be diabetic neuropathy. ..best bet is seeing a dematologist for further assessment. GOD Bless |
