Someone can possess all these attributes and not be a cultist.

Encountered some that are extremely brilliant, well dressed, apparently easy going and good manners and from an 'ok' family but they are deadly cultists, during the course of SACS activities.

Those guys are mean. They nearly roast person alive. Still shuddered when I remember.
