It's simply because the black woman feel inferior and hooking up with another race to them is an elevation in their immediate society which is just akin to those black dudes that are running after the white woman who has been rejected by their own very society for being too fat or too ugly ,all for the papers and economic gains - A hard working nigga wouldn't do that and a black woman with some sense of dignity and racial pride won't see a white husband/boyfriend as some kind of trophy because she can have a good life without a man.
