RIVERS STATE GOVT IS OWING THE 32000 TEACHERS RECRUITED BY AMAECHI 9 MONTHS’ SALARY
The 32000 Teachers recruited by Amaechi worked for over a year before they start receiving their salary.
After working for one year, they were forced to sign a form stating that they have only worked for eight months.
Amaechi have managed to pay three months out of the eight months he agreed to pay them meaning that he (Amaechi is owing 6 months plus these recent three months (April, May and June) salary making nine months.
The worst news is that the Public school pupils are suffering. They have not been receiving lessons and will not also be given the third term exams.
Wike have borrowed 30 billion so far in 30 days meaning he is spending one billion per day. Yet he was the one that was on radio and television castigating Amaechi of Borrowing. Una think say E-easy?
Buhari is now begging Governors to devise a means of paying workers salary. Una been think say Jonathan been dey there dey drink tea? Hehehehehehe

You are a wicked fellow. I hope when you will be in their shoes you will thank your employer for owing you seven months salary and paid only two. Doesn't Aregbe have any reason for owing them in the first place? The answer is capital No.

They should thank him for paying them their entitlement after working their ass out. This is wrong. How can we still be thinking like this, in advance society, Aregbe will simply resign.

Where did he get the money to pay now and why has he refused to pay since he had the money to pay @ such short time but chose to keep Osun people in suffering? Did he take another loan? How did he get this money and is his source going to be paying subsequent salaries? It's not about yesterday and today. Its about being open and making sure the people don't suffer unduly.

Had a friend who was once visited by armed robbers, when they finished looting him and his family dry, they insisted he escort them to the gate and show some gratitude plus politeness. He was so polite and thanked them so well at the gate. Neighbours coming in taught they were his in-laws, then kasala com scatter. Politicians, please fear God.

Is he paying for only Local Govt and teachers? What about Oter civil servants ? The Doctors,state civil servants and the rest. This is the way the man has been running the state for years now. .He would pay teachers this month & leave others unpaid. Even their pension contribution,he did not pay. Only God can deliver Osun state from this present mess. He played smart on the people but unfortunately the cooky has crumble now. Even his propaganda online new ( Osun Defender) seems not functional again.

Governor Rauf Aregbesola has stated that frantic efforts are being made by the state government to pay the salaries of local government workers and primary school teachers by Friday.

Aregbesola who began paying the backlog of salaries owed civil servants this week said that he will leave no stone unturned in ensuring that workers receive their pay.

In post of his Facebook wall he wrote: “LGA workers and primary school teachers would get March and April salaries within the next two days, their outstanding will be two months. Its indeed trying times for us, may God see us through. Osun a dara,” he wrote.

He noted that the salaries of other civil servants and secondary school teachers is yet to be paid. “Further efforts are being made to liquidate all the outstanding salaries of Osun workers. As it stands now state civil servants and secondary schools teachers are owed six months arrears.”

Aregbesola has come under severe attack for failing to pay the salaries of workers, this he blamed on the dwindling federal allocation.
