I know you are money-oriented and you smirk of shadiness but I am not even asking for my money back (which i have a right to) but I only ask that you accept it, and fix it and we move on, like nothing happened. Remember, I posted about the SOC data not displaying . . . which has now dawned on me as an internal circuit issue; but can be ignored But total charge failure will not be ignored. Your early post on 29th Sunday on solar thread was treated extensively . On 30th , you kept typing on same issue and most will wonder what the issue is really all about  ... Most replies you got from online participant wer point blank which you also compared Nigeria business with Amazon et al.. All Sunday post of yours was seen and most will see it as bugging when you keep making a no issue out of nothing.. You don't maim a personell who is dedicated and trustworthy in his services because of a "fairly new item you got freely & happily abinitio" .. Complaints came after few days and you wer duely referred to my service personnel as that's the only ethical step I could offer ... Links of same Sunday post was treated and fellow forum members only kept mute and advice you treat all personally as nobody defrauded you .. Most forum members contributed via snapshots below thinking you wer basically typing on a brand new item fully packaged with "Warranty" ... I don't refurbish nor rebrand as majority of my clients already know !! Your arrangement of words dosnt in anyway display a client who seeks for solution . Reputation & honesty has always been my watchwords as so many client Will correct you on as I have been operational for years especially here on Nairaland in my peaceful , trusted and dedicated services without any form of criminal act .. Good customer relations matters a lot as all happened in less than 2-3 days and you quickly opened up a device I have never opened and came online to post because you felt it was mandatory I replied an SMS on a Sunday when I was at a busy church service . Majority(discreet & active members) can fully attest I am upright in various forums not withstanding the pros & cons of fairly used accessories, yet I sold above 70units of full river agm batteries without any complain and clients still call for more till date .. I spoke with your engineer this morning, his tone didn't sound too promising. But I kept quiet and I am still being optimistic about the whole situation.
