How's are the scum bastards more numerous than the army. It rather boils down to poor humint and lack of proactivity from the army. Boko is now hitting at the rear and apart from testing attacks on Maiduguri every now and then to see if rear attacks would soften the frontlines, it is largely lacking in bite.

The only problem is as stated the lackadaisical attitude to the enemy by this new government. There needs to be a March on the government to show seriousness.
