Send the money to his PayPal and make sure you include shipping address by selecting it when sending the payment.

That above being said, I make do with and have expertise knowledge on opening and successfully operating that
of UAE, USA, UK, Luxembourg and Cyprus.

Nevertheless, I recommend you go for that UAE(cost effective) or USA(slightly cost effective but now each easy
to operate and resolve any issue be it limit,limitation etc on it compared to that of UAE)
