Is it a continuous thing or just a first time thing I might read a message nd wen am about to reply something comes up nd after attending to that stuff I realised av gat a flat battry nd I couldn't reply....or you read nd then the network starts it's wahala.....it doesn't really mean the person intend to snub......situation can warrant such act.......but once it's not once or twice then hmmmmmmn "e get as e be"

depending on the persons position on your priority list (scale of preference things)

most times I read it and reply later, it doesn't mean anything BUT if you can see the person is doing it in a rude way that's a different case

I have ignored messages like that before to let the person know I am unhappy with them
