Chosen1984:It doesn't matter if it was instigated by Tinubu or whoever; the point is that there are documented allegations of fraud against fashola not just over the website scam but in some other projects. He should go answer those queries at the EFCC;if not guilty he can continue his political carrier, if guilty he should face d law and forget any cabinet post. The days of allowing sentiments becloud our sense of judgement/justice and allowing tainted individuals to be part of the govt under PMB are over. 14 Likes |

1. Fashola did not award any contract, the state agency awarded the contract. 2. The website vendor claimed they charged and were paid N10 million so why is this useless driveby kabukabu group not asking the same state to release the terms of the contract, who was paid, who cashed the checks and for what amount. 3. The N500 billion debt reflects the hundreds of commissioned projects on the ground. Where were these clowns when Fashola was commissioning projects everyday? 4. The largest public works project in Africa is going on in Lagos state aka Lagos 10 lane/Metro/BRT Badagry express. 5. Where were they when Fashola built and commissioned the best bridge in Nigeria in less than 3 years..? 6. 30 built, equipped and commissioned skills centers cost money 7. 15 water works cost money 8. Power plants cost money 9. New courts cost money and institutional infrastructures cost money 10. Farms and rice mills cost money 11. Roads and bridges cost money 12. Modern Jetties and patrol boats cost money 13. Asphalt plants cost money 14. Paving bricks factory cost money 15. Dozens of housing estates cost money. 16. New schools cost money. 17. Hospitals and the only cardiac and renal hospital in Nigeria cost money. 18. 2nd largest civil service in Nigeria cost money from salaries to overhead bills. 19. N30 Ikorodu road cost construction money. 20. N500 billion is chump change when it comes to what we have on the ground. Feel free to waste your time if you must... 2 Likes |

He is corrupt projects or not he is one of the most corrupt politicians. U can cheer them on no wahala just don't think everyone is gullible. What Lagos had in term of revenue is nowhere compared to whatever u claim to be on ground. ApC in lagos and fashola are only media propaganda nothing more. 5 Likes |

Even going to an extent of telling us the prison they will serve in. Now most Nigerians are doing the same to Oga Fash and aresa is asking them to provide evidence. Nigerians una funny. Re: Fashola Facing EFCC Case As Group Petitions For His Invitation by aresa: 9:41pm On Aug 12, 2015 |
luvmijeje: To start with, Fashola did not award any contract, it was awarded by a state agency and to our knowledge, the state and the folks peddling this rubbish are yet to show us who they gave the contract to, who they paid and who cashed the check/s. Until they are brave enough to put this info before Lagosians to see, it's nothing but rubbish, ordinary figures on a website, and smear campaign. 1 Like |

luvmijeje:How can state agency award contract for tundefashola.com? |
Re: Fashola Facing EFCC Case As Group Petitions For His Invitation by aresa: 10:02pm On Aug 12, 2015 |
luvmijeje: Let me cut through the chase and just agree with you that Fashola awarded and approved the contract for the sake of argument because I see where you are heading. The governor came out already to deny ever paying the said amount, he said they spent N10 million and not N78 million. So, in whose court is the ball now? The state of course. Why not just produce documented facts to prove that that Fashola actually spent N78 million and also that Fashola was personally paid for the contract. They should just go ahead and produce the contract terms spelling out what was ordered, the amount negotiated and paid, who was paid, who the checks was written to and who cashed the checks. This is how you get to the bottom of issues, not by posting some random and meaningless numbers on a website. The courts won't accept website posting as evidence of guilt unless it's accompanied with facts stating categorically who was paid and how much. If people are really concerned, they should be demanding contract and payment documentation, not meaningless posting on a government website... You can not convict or jail anybody with posting on a government website. PERIOD. 1 Like |
