5 Signs You Need To Leave Your Present Job by Rapmoney(m): 4:21pm On Aug 13, 2015 |
I have heard a lot of people saying being your own boss, that's being the owner of the business that brings your income is the best and all that. Truth be told, it is a very good thing to be your own boss by establishing a firm than working for someone who would in turn pay you On the other hand, it is also pertinent to note that a lot of people who talk about establishing a business venture have not really answered a very vital question in there...where will the capital for the business come from? On a more serious note, if you find yourself in the following situations, just know that you are helping another man build his dreams at the expense of yours!!! . It should be time for you to move ahead and get yourself another job; don't just relax and feel comfortable with your present job. It is so painful that a lot of people have decided to live their lives on earth building other people's dreams without any concrete plans to build theirs (that's if they have dreams to build sef ). 5 Signs You Need To Leave Your Present Job: 1)#You can't afford the basic things in life#: If You are working and yet, still can't afford the basic things in life such as good food, shelter, clothing, etc, it surely means that you are not building your life but that of another man and his family . What is the essence of working when you can't afford the basic things in life? Have you taken time to look closely at the life of your employer/employers? Don't they live well and take care of their family responsibilities efficiently? 2)#Your salary finishes before the month ends no matter how prudent you are#: If your salary doesn't wait till the end of the month before it hurries out of your pocket or account, despite you being prudent, you are not working but just helping your employer to build his/her dream! . You should start searching for a better job. Don't waste your youthful years for granted 3)#You cannot save from your monthly income#: If you working and earning an income that after taking care of your little bills, there would no cash left to save from your income, you are just wasting your time building someone else's dreams. What's the essence of working when you cannot save from it after paying minor bills. Most times, my heart goes out for university graduates who collect as low as 8000 Naira per month and they have worked in such establishment for more than 3 years!!! Oga, it would be advisable for you to start looking for another alternative! 4)#You are tolerated instead of appreciated#: There's no need emphasizing much on this! Whenever you see yourself working in a place where you are tolerated and not appreciated, it is a clear sign that you should not stay there for long, lest they kick your ass out of the job one of these days!!! Brothers and sisters, you need to leave!!! 5)#Friends and family can't feel the impact of you working#: If your friends and family members can't feel the impact of you having a job due to poor salary, that's no work! You must not throw money about like Rick Ross or Ayiri Emami but they should be able to get one or two nice treats from you sometimes Good afternoon everyone! |

Most jobs are not an end, but a means to an end.... Getting experience paves the way for a better future at the expense of a bit strenuous now THIS IS WHY SUCCESS ELUDES MOST NIGERIAN YOUTHS. .THEY FAIL TO SEE BEYOND THEIR NOSES 1 Like 1 Share |
