Because I did, and it was waived.

Please does anyone have idea about Birmingham university I applied there as a choice option for uk universities, they are yet to give me feedback, is their tuition fee within the Chevening pay range? ...Though it's too late to make changes now, but I just want to know if I should put them in mind.

And also, I think we need to open a WhatsApp group so that we can rub minds and ask questions to assist one another, expecially now that interview invites might start rolling in any time from now.

dmasked1, regret mail is regret mail na...anything may disqualify a candidate. And how could you be so sure when you are not an official? did they give you the reason for the regret mail? moreover we are not fighting whether regret mail was reveived or not...if by tomorrow or 14th which is mid of feburary, chevening sends mail to everyone and we receive a regret mail...we would still move on bro and we would wish you successful candidates more success. so just leave it, concentrate on the interview...let other keep their hope to keep preparing too. chevening have the final say.

It's somehow competitive. I would advise you put them in mind, they will definitely respond. it's actually frustrating.
