If I raise my budget to N5m, what advantages will I get? I would like to know what I can get in terms of interlocking (half plot of land), PVC ceiling for the sitting room, tiles for the bedrooms, water tank, lighting, etc. Your input will be highly appreciated. with 4M you would get a 3bedroom bungalow.This would include everything except interlock.(All moderate finishing )

But with 5M you would get a standard 3bedroom bungalow complete with interlock for the compound. (standard finishing )

interlock doesn't make up the 1M alone. Things like gate,fencing and some other preliminary items.
+ drawings (if client doesn't have )

Would usually inform the client when they contact me.(do you expect me to spill the beans on NL)
