kenny987: you missed my point. the systems you cite that are working, are those managed by men from outer space? who are the ones making the choice to study abroad in Nigeria? are they the children of the akara seller on your street? common on, the people in government are our kinsmen/women not space aliens. so when you speak of making our system work, think of that your "uncle" that is a commissioner or minister, or a decision maker in government that has turn a blind eye and deaf ear to the "decay" in the system simply because his/her child has made the "choice" to school abroad. |
