I bought different stuff that day. Different post service were used in shipping my items. So far I've been able to track other items except the phone shipped ny Netherland post service. Gearbest Customer Service told me that the fault is from the post service in charge of the particular item. They haven't updated the tracking information.

my redmi note 2 is also on that ship. Let me know when you are able to track yours.

I just went to the post office and told them I'm expecting item, they checked their book, my name was there, they asked for my ID card and they gave me my stuff

It actually depends on the ROM you have installed on it. Try the latest Global stable rom. The battery optimization on it is okay
