nwabuwa:Yeah, I downloaded a new play store which is version 6.2.and I installed it, so it replaced the 6.1 on my phone. When u want to download an app, when it reaches 100% just press home button and continue doing whatever u want to do, in like 4 to 5 mins, u will c the app installed on ur phone, the same goes for an update 1 Like |

Valfrankie:please how did you overcome this problem? Your direction is urgently needed. Thanks. ritababe too, please how did you overcame yours too? thanks Infact I even ended up uninstalling the WhatsApp thinking that by re-installing it would solve the problem, but alas, the same message of the phone not having enough space for the process as b4 I deleted and moved most Apps to 32gig SD card, yet no changes. I also considered factory reset but got a Stern warning of losing personal Data that can't be reversed! see the below as guide even after rebooting!

dridowu:You only need to back up your WhatsApp chats, contacts on phone, important text messages and App. BREAKDOWNS **WhatsApp... Go to> settings >chats and calls>chat back up... Click on the green button and select either your Google Drive or SD card. **Contacts, text messages and call logs.... Go to your settings >Advance settings >back up and reset> click on system back up and restore >back up to storage, then tick the box of the respective operation to be carried out. Download Es file Explorer to back up your useful APPs. You can now reset your phone without the worry of loosing your irreversible data. |

Re: Gionee M3mini Discussion Thread [HOT] by Kbs468(m): 5:00pm On Feb 13, 2016 |
ritababe:Thank you. I have later overcome the trouble after a repeat of the same thing even when I clicked on factory reset, removed SD card and SIM cards after rebooting failed to correct the problem. So here is a breakdown of what I did to finally overcome it permanently. Although I didn't root the phone ooo. LET'S GO THERE 1. Enter phone settings a. Click on advance setting b. Click on Apps c. Now click on all Apps one after the other and transfer to SD card. Although some are non-transferable d. Logout 2. Enter system manager a. Swipe the Plane-shaped arrow upward to clean up the memory b. Click on clear cache c. Repeat 2 a above. Although this step is not necessary but I just did before logging out 3. You can now enter play store to continue your download or update 4. Anytime the same problem occurs, just follow the steps above because the problem has to do with the 1gig RAM specification cc Valfrankie

Oyetboy:State your location nauw and anyone that is from your side would indicate or refer you to a near by place you could get it. Although it is almost getting scare now but notwithstanding, you can still get it at higher price than initial. |

Re: Gionee M3mini Discussion Thread [HOT] by Kbs468(m): 6:23pm On Feb 13, 2016 |
Valfrankie: I was actually inspired by ritababe. When she mentioned downloading an App, I then quickly remembered that I once clicked on the system manager back then in November 2015 when I couldn't do something like that as that was the first day I bought the phone and that can be seen in the first screenshot I presented while asking my question. Then again, I used to transfer only 1 App to SD card and Logout b4, but decided to take a step further today by doing all the transfer on one attempt by navigating with the back arrow b4 finally logging out after completion. Then phew!!!!! Play store straight I dashed to. |
