lemme lecture you, get a seat, biro and note

1. the refineries were working but not to full capacity
2. After some irregularities were found by GEJ with regards to fuel subsidy, Jan 2012, he opted for removal of the subsidy
3. Nigerians who were not well informed joined the lying liars to protest.
4. GEJ who was bent on removing the subsidy to curb fraud, asked the minister of petroleum to revamp the refineries.
5. The minister contracted the job to the original builders of the refineries
6. the contractor's BOQ was too high
7. The minster suggested that instead of spending that much on old refineries, it should be sold out, money raised and new ones built
8. NLC rejected the idea of selling the refineries.
9. since the refineries were not sold, the proposal for 3 new refineries were stalled due to lack of funds.
10. GEJ who was bent on stopping payment of fuel subsidy, asked that a solution be found.
11. The solution found was giving the contract to local firm early 2014.
12. Oct, 2014 , spare parts procurement was completed and revamping started
13. July 2015, revamoing completed for PH and Warri refineries
14. August 2015 Warri refinery broke down again, and Kachikwu suggetsed that the refineries be sold but Buhari objected
15 Sept, 2015, After everything done the refineries are still not producing at full capacity

When the former minster said that we would still have to import fuel except the refineries are sold out and newe ones built what did you say hahahhahahahhahaaaaa, you said that they were using subsidy to make money, the same subsidy that GEJ wanted to remove hahahahhahahahhahahahahhahahahaaaaa

It took 'a Babangida' to save Nigeria from this dullard in 1985. I believe Saraki owes Nigeria much if he does not move a motion to impeach and remove this slowpoke from Aso Rock.

While Presidents and Governors worldwide celebrate projects commissioned just 100 Days in office, yhis yeye nomad can not even nominate a single Minister. He sits on Niger Delta Oil Money and the country has lost its place as Africa's top Economy.

Someone has to bell the cat.

wailing wailer. You can hate for all you care but at least appraise PMB when necessary. The capacity we can refine even at 100% is not even enough for our consumption so we must still import.
