I raised an alarm of Nkpor express road about to be washed off by erosion on this thread in june 2015.

This is september the road is about to be washed off completely if it rains again this night. Its very sad that the government agencies whos primary responsibility is too manage this environmental calamities has failed. omg where is ferma? where is ministry of works? where is anambra state government? Billions have been spent to build this road with flyover, why will govt not spend lil to manage this degradation, are we gonna wait till the whole enugu onitsha expressway be washed away before govt earmark billions to repair the road. I call on the governor of anambra state to make arrangements as fast as possible.

From my investigation a man claiming to be owner of the land accused the federal govt of not compensating him for channeling an underground drainage tunnel to his land thereby creating artificial erosion. so in his bid to reclaim his land, he liase with waste.disposal companies to fill the land up with rubbish to form a table land. He engaged the services of caterpillar in the process they blocked the underground drainage tunnel with led to washing of surrounding soil.
