The leadership of the All Progressives Congress, APC, is alleged to have completed plans to betray former Bayelsa State Governor, Timipre Sylva, and pick a former Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Ndutimi Alaibe, as its consensus candidate for the coming election in the State.
