Why is Saraki too corrupt to be Senate President but not too corrupt to be a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria?

The circus sorrounding Saraki is an embarrassment to APC to be honest. They are demonstrating that they can not run a moral and just country where the rule of law is applied fairly and where the separation of powers is respected.

As Senate President Saraki is Numero Uno . . . . "first amongst equals"! So the basis of Saraki's corruption case should first affect his membership of the Senate in the first place!. Whether he is Senate President or not should be the internal decision of the Senate!
