The oil is too much, it has lesser concentration of caustic soda.

If you leave oily soap on the sun, it will melt. Two days is too small to dry your soap.

The type of oil you used may be the reason why your soap melt quickly or doesn't last long. No matter how long your soap cures or drys, a soap made with PKO will finish before a soap made with PO if both are subjected to the same condition of usage. PKO gives a soft soap that lathers well, PO gives a hard soap that doesn't lather well. If you blend the two oil, you get a soap that is hard, last longer and as well lathers well. If bleaching PO becomes a problem, then add "something" in your PKO formulation to harden your soap.
