If I have never been to Flat 1001 at VI in Lagos and Eric Moore Tower in Surulere and seen things for myself then you might be able to convince me that all major high-rise building have functional elevators. Which sane clime do you see people using the stairs to go up the 10th floor of any building?

Sad but true, Nigeria can never be there with less than 3000MW of electricity. Are you not aware of the increase in number of cancer cases in Nigeria? What do you think is driving those figures?
