Ogoni land was integral part of eastern region of Nigeria. Besides, prominent Ogoni sons and daughters stood up and be counted as Biafrans. One was even a Biafran ambassador (representative) in London.

If Ogonis choose Islamic Nigeria over Biafra in the coming referendum, Biafrans will respect their decision.
