for a 3bedroom bungalow, the best is to have a separate Distribution board for the solar inverter system.

Use 4-ways 3phase DB for the normal installation and 6-way single phase consumer unit for the solar inverter

Eaton distribution board is also the same as MEM. original MEM is as good as ABB and also quite expensive

By IEE installation standard , the normal cable for water heater and AC is 4mm and cooker is 6mm because they are all heating element .BUT 4mm can be used for cooker unit in Nigeria if you are using original cables. The current rating of original Nigeria cable can withstand the load.
