Aisha was too young to give consent and her ignorant parents did not know better. That said higher standards is expected from someone who claims to be islam's best role model except you are admitting that islam's standards are pathetically low. Concerning Mary's age when she married, it's not stated but it's clear from scriptures she was an adult as at the time of her marriage.
